Henry Barone Bio

Henry’s love for the food business began as a teenager working for a local deli in his hometown of Queens, New York. Despite this love of food, Henry decided to enroll in Hofstra University in 1986. Upon completing his degree in Finance, he immediately decided to pursue his true love, food and in 1990 he enrolled in the Culinary Institute of America. After graduating with High Honors in 1992, Henry took on various cooking jobs, eventually rising to the position of Executive Chef. Soon afterwards, Henry decided to open PRIME Fine Catering with his longtime friend Marc Giudice. With their new business in hand, Henry and Marc thrived on bringing restaurant quality food to people’s homes and various venues. Now, with a solid catering business built, the idea of catering to those with a passion for a healthy lifestyle began to take shape. Members of a local Cross Fit gym began to dine at PRIME Fine Catering 2 and 3 times a day. With this encouragement, our “Healthy Cuisine” began to take shape. As we increased our healthy menu items, our client base began to increase. More and more gyms began “dine at PRIME”. The word was quickly getting out; PRIME Fine Catering was the place to go for healthy “Paleo Style” food. With his love and knowledge of food, his desire to cater to his ever growing clientele, and his passion for healthy foods, it was natural for PRIME Healthy Cuisine to be born.
