Prime Fine Catering
From a young child, my love for
food came from my Nonna Filomena where everything delicious started. At the age of eighteen I knew my destiny was
in the food industry. I enrolled in the
New York Restaurant School and graduated with high honors.
The first 10 years of my food
journey I was creating fine cuisine in Long Islands top restaurants but my
passion to be an entrepreneur was smoldering.
At the age of twenty eight my business partner and fellow Chef, Henry
Barone, opened our first restaurant in
Forest Hills New York, “Soups On”. There
we created healthy organic soups, juices, salads and sandwiches. Realizing that clean, healthy eating of
delicious foods was what the public craved, we set out to open our second
business adventure, “ Prime Fine Catering”.
Located in Garden City New York,
we offer an extensive delicious menu of the finest prepared foods
including a line of Paleo lifestyle cooking.
